As part of the continued integration of the Hawthorn Photonics Group, our legal entity, Radiant Light, S.L.U., will transition to Hawthorn Photonics (Spain), S.L.U.
The change forms part of a Group-wide move to establish a consistent corporate identity under Hawthorn Photonics. AdvR, Inc. will become Hawthorn Photonics (US), Inc., while Covesion, Ltd. will become Hawthorn Photonics (UK), Ltd.
While our legal entity name is changing, Radiantis will remain our customer-facing brand and will continue as the Hawthorn Photonics Group’s systems brand for broadly tunable and frequency locked laser systems.
What does the change mean for Radiantis customers?
For our customers, the legal entity change will not affect product specifications, manufacturing processes or locations, quality standards, technical support, or customer service.
Existing customer relationships and contacts will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity across our portfolio. Our existing support channels will also remain unchanged, and our team will continue to be available to assist with any questions relating to the transition. The change therefore gives us a consistent corporate identity as part of Hawthorn Photonics while retaining the Radiantis brand our customers work with.
A clearer two-brand portfolio
Alongside the legal entity changes, Hawthorn Photonics is simplifying its customer-facing brand portfolio.
AdvR will transition its products to the Covesion brand, creating a unified identity for the Group’s components business. The updated structure creates a clear two-brand portfolio: Covesion for photonics components and non-linear optical technologies, and Radiantis for advanced laser systems.
A simpler structure across Hawthorn Photonics
As our businesses have evolved, it became clear that a simpler brand structure would make it easier for both our internal business procedures but, more importantly, for our customers.
The changes create a consistent corporate identity under Hawthorn Photonics, with Covesion and Radiantis serving as the Group’s customer-facing brands.
For Radiantis customers, this means our legal entity will become Hawthorn Photonics (Spain), S.L.U., while we continue to operate under the Radiantis brand as the Group’s advanced laser systems business.
