Radiantis this week announced the confirmation of a new distribution agreement in Germany and Austria with Optoprim Germany GmbH, a member of the Optoprim Group.
“We are extremely pleased to be associated with Optoprim and to be able to take the SeaWave to the German and Austrian markets through such a reliable distributor,” said Radiantis CEO Sara Otero.
The Optoprim group has established itself as a key player in European photonics. As a supplier of optical equipment selected from world-renowned manufacturers, OPTOPRIM offers solutions from optical components to turnkey laser machines.
In addition to its role as a distributor, Optoprim has been involved in manufacturing since 2001, when it launched the start-up company Industrial Laser Systems (laser solutions for industry) and then in 2004 when it participated in the creation of Eolite, a manufacturer of fibre lasers.
The Optoprim group now has all the skills needed to serve the research and industrial markets. Its development involves diversification (solar, biotechnology, microscopy) and the extension of its European coverage.

The SeaWave, a versatile IR spectrometer which has been gaining traction across a variety of customer bases for its relatively small size, its reliability and its high performance specification, is expected to be particularly popular to end users in the scientific, medical and industrial fields.The German agreement is the latest addition to the worldwide network of specialist distributors.
