Radiantis exhibited at Laser World of Photonics 2013, the 21st International Trade Fair and Congress for Optical Technologies, held at the Messe München trade fair centre, Munich, from May 13 – 16, 2013.
They exhibited their state-of-the-art product range and launched the OriaTM IR, a brand new Ti:sapphire-pumped femtosecond Optical Parametric Oscillator (OPO) for the IR spectral range. The OriaTM IR is a sealed and hands-free OPO with multiple scientific and non-linear microscopy applications, which can be pumped by standard MHz repetition rate Ti:sapphire oscillators.
It was a very successful show and Radiantis received a great deal of interest in their technology, and much positive feedback from the visitors, particularly relating to their product specifications. Laser World of Photonics is the world's very first trade fair for the optical technologies sector. Established in 1973, it has been held at the Messe München International trade fair centre every two years since and attracts a worldwide audience.
The 40th anniversary event was fully booked, closing with a record number of 1,136 exhibitors and represented companies. With almost 27,000 trade visitors from 74 countries, visitors also reached a very high level, with the proportion of foreign visitors rising to a record high of 54 per cent.
